Ingredients for Shahi Egg Curry Recipe :

Egg - 4 (Egg)

Onions - 1

Yogurt - 2 Table spoon (Curd)

Garlic - 5

Green chillies - 2 

Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 

Cream - Table spoon

Red chilli powder - T spoon

Coriander powder - T spoon

Garam Masala - T spoon

Kasuri methi - 2 T spoon

Chaat masala - 1/2 T spoon

Coriander Leaf -Table spoon (chopped fine)

Salt - to taste

Oil - the minority

How to Make Shahi Egg Curry Recipe :

★ ginger, garlic, green pepper, onion together in a grinder with a fine grind.

★ yogurt and sour cream in a bowl and thoroughly mix.

★ Now strictly pour oil and heat it. Add the cooked onion mixture granulated ajwain. Then put the cooked curd mixture. Red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Kasuri methi, salt added. He has cooked for 10 minutes, add 1 cup water now.

★ ajwain put boiled egg cooked 2 minutes. Then take off the gas mix chaat masala and coriander leaves. Prepare hot urchin egg curry.
