Ingredients for Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe


Chicken – 1/2 kg (Chicken)

Basmati rice – 1/2 kg

Curd – 1/2 cup

Green chilli – 5

Coriander leaves – 1 cup

Red chilli  powder – 2 Tea spoon

Peppermint - 1 cup (chopped fine)

Ginger - 50 g.m

Garlic - 30 g.m

Garam Masala - 2 T spoon

Oil - 3 T spoon 

Salt - to taste 

Lemon - 1

Clove - 8

Cinnamon - 2 inch piece

(Cinnamon) Cardamom - 3

Ghee - 3 Table spoon

Onions - 2

Milk - 3 Table spoon

Food coloring - 1 pinch

How to Make Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe


★ chicken, cover with water clean.

★ ginger and garlic in a grinder with a fine grind. Cut the onion thin long, fry.
