Ingredients for Paneer Momos Recipe


Flour - 1 cup

Carrot, capsicum, beans - 2 cup (chopped)

Onions - 2

Pepper powder - 1/2 T spoon

Cheese - 1 cup  (Pieces)

Garlic - 5

Green chillies - 2

Soy sauce -T spoon

Salt - to taste

Oil - the minority

How to Make Paneer Momos Recipe


★ Put oil in flour mixed with salt and tea spoon. Then take a little bit of water Guth whom Atta. Atte Dhkkr to take 15 minutes now put side.

★ Garlic, green pepper, onion and cut fine. Grate the cheese.

★  Now heat oil in strictly. Take roast the chopped garlic in it now put. Then put the fine chopped onion half-cooked onion until light brown. Then put the cooked chopped vegetables.Now in it after cooking vegetable soy sauce, salt, cheese, cooked pepper powder. Put the remaining onion and mix well now take off the gas.

★ Make small dough from dough are now Atte. of not sticking together.

★ All the momos now put the idli cooker cooked in steam for 5 minutes. Prepare hot cheese momos.
