Punjabi Chicken Curry Recipe


Ingredients for Punjabi Chicken Curry Recipe :


Chicken - 500 g.m

Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 T spoon 

Red chilli powder - 2 T spoon

Coriander leaves - 2 Table spoon (chopped fine)

Yogurt - 3/4 cup (Curd)

Onions - 3

Tomatoes - 3

Cardamom - 2 -3

Cloves - 2

Coriander powder - 3 T spoon 

Turmeric - 1/4 T spoon

Garam masala powder - 1/2 T spoon

Salt - to taste

Oil - the minority


How to Make the Punjabi chicken curry recipe : 



★ Chicken pieces, cover with water to clean.

★ Chicken in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, 1 T spoon red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaf mix gtk put. Please keep covered for 30 minutes in chicken side.

★ Tomato and onion and cut into large pieces. The tomatoes, onions, cloves, cardamom and fine grind grinder.

★ Now heat oil in strictly. Put powdered ajwain paste 4 -5 minutes cooked onions. Salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix. Then put the chicken cooked on medium heat 4 minutes. Now covered 1 1/2 cups water and cook the chicken pieces and cook. Hot chicken curry prepared Punjab.
