Rajma Masala Recipe




A delicious and popular Punjabi food.


required things


Rajma - a cup (eight hours soaked, boiled)

Oil - three big spoon

Tomatoes - two (very finely chopped)

Turmeric - a quarter teaspoon

Chili powder - a teaspoon

Busty powder - a teaspoon Salt -

Potatoes - one (boiled, chopped)



Grind:


Pepper - half tbsp

Ginger - a small piece

Garlic - for Dentists

Coconut piece - quarter cup Small

onion - quarter cup

Onion - one (chopped)

Anise - ½ teaspoon

Bar - two

Clove - two

Along with all vilut grind it.

Process :


Dried tomato slices in the pan, add oil and saute well.
